MY GROWING AREA IS 2 FEET WIDE BY 5.4 FEET TALL and By 5 feet wide im looking into a 250 or a 400 watt mh or hps light and ballast and reflector from htgsupply.com for 69.95 for the 250 and around 120 for the 400 watt. but at the same time there isnt much ventalation in the closet. so i am thinkin maybe led but i want enough light to grow at least 2-4 plants. what might be a better idea. l.e.d? mh? hps. what wattage is best for this space?? and ventilation? help me please lol.

p.s::: i am already growing one plant with a TERRIBLE lighting setup that i just ghetto rigged. the plant is a pathetic excuse for a female. but it IS a female. im hoping to get a 10 sack off it from harvesting HAHAHAH. well see. this has inspired me to step my game up and grow a nice healthy plant

If you go with LED I doubt you would even be able to get a 10 sack.

400W HPS. get a couple of good fans to cool things off.

Yeah...forget about the L.E.D. and go with the MH/HPS deal from htg. You can get by with the 250 for that size grow area. One thing about fans and heat. You need to bring in fresh cool air otherwise your blowing hot air around.

I remember when I lived in a desert area and rode a motorcycle people would say how lucky I was to stay cool on the road. I would tell them its like riding into a hair dryer at 70mph. Point is, you can blow hot air all around and it aint getting any cooler.

okay well ill set up two fans. one pulling air out. and one pulling air in. and ill probably have one more in the closet making the plants stronger. so you think 250 should be enough to grow 4 plants across a 5 foot wide space they are all gonna be in a row. its a narrow closet
