Got 4 bagseed fems in 41 day of flowering, one indica 3 sativas, indica has stopped top cola grow but still develops lower buds the sativas are still growing colas and lowers, tryed to check trykomes and the ones on the colas look clowdy but the ones on buds right below look clear, is it time yet? should I harvest the colas drop the lights and try to increase the yeld on the rest of the plant?

If you have a scope and are seeing amber trichomes..you can easily harvest those buds...and yes..you can drop the lights down and wait a week or two and yield more than you will if you take it all now.
