have used the paper towel method to germinate my seeds..the tap roots on 2 seeds have barely emerged....should the tap root be a certain length before i plant the seed....when i look at pictures in books it appears the tap root looks to be longer than the length of the actual seed..and how deep should i bury the seed..thks

It depends. I say once they crack put them in soil. I had one grow to 1/6th an inch and it didnt grow and one een smaller then that that grew much better. U can see pics on my grow journal. If you can find it. lol The nutrients in the soil helped mine grow to nearly 15 times in size when in soil in just 1 day. And thats just the taproot.
