plants not showing sex

6 days isn't much time, wait another week before getting concerned

my concern is that plants are getting bigger, and I want to know which are male so I can get rid of them, and transplant the females into bigger pots

I suppose I will wait, doesn't seem to have a choice

Ddriver, your plants will be fine... Not sure if this is your first time grow, but what you have to still understand is that the plant still has to go through its normal 12 stage veg cycle... Even when you put your plants on 12/12 they go through this cycle faster, will start to mature, and will double in size at least! When you start to see balls but arent sure, just wait... Just because you are looking for this you will be a lot more cautougs of this Which is a good thing, but the balls actually have to get like a bananna bunch And they will pop, and then youre in trouble!! Sooo looong before they get like that im sure you will have gotten rid of them. What i did was put all of my nine plants into 3 i think 10 gallon pots, and when let them grow, then when i saw it was a male (bc i know the ratio is about 50/50) i cut them down... I got lucky and have 5 plants in 3 pots All girls...sigh

I've read it can take up to 14 days to show sex after being put in 12/12.

they are 26 days old, vegged for about 20 days, 6 days since I put the timer 12/12

There is no sign of sex yet, I thought at least some males would show, but there is nothing, and I really doubt I have 20 of 20 female plants

Patience, friend.

Depending on strain, sex may not show for a while.

Before long, you will be grousing about the number of males you must cull.

I feel your anxiety!! Im in the same boat, just waiting to see what I got!!!

well, one of the plants showed sex today, the biggest and bushiest plant - unfortunately I found out it has balls, will cut it down this weekend

the rest still shows no sex, I hope at least the bigger plants turn out female

Good. That's one down, 19 to go. Males almost always show first and you have seen your first so the rest of the males should follow shortly.

Eliminate your males asap unless you plan on doing some breeding.
