Default Transplant UH-OH!

So I was transplanting some of my seedlings to be a bigger size, and some of the soil were wet but didnt stick and crumbled apart.. does this mean its ruined? Like its' just the seedling and its roots, can I still put it back in or am I screwed?

yea ive had that happen. it will go into shock and it will grow slowly if it grows at all for a day or two. but other than that it will live.
