i have two one week old plants. how much water do i give them. and how much light do i give them a day? i use two 150w lights

On the water: Go to your local nursery and buy a "Moisture Meter." They cost about six dollars and are invaluable for soil growers.

Yeah I get lazy and just send people to the link. Its tough writing the same thing all the time. lol, I should make it where I wont answer any questions unless you have read the guide first. lol. Seriously though it does get people on the level. I keep saying Im going to do this but here soon I will make a 101 already answered questions thread and stick it.
