so im on my first grow and i was wandering if anyone on here know how to get your plant to grow a larger stem. ive seen pics on here and the plants have such thick stems, the stems on my plants seem to be thinner, i was wandering if there was any way to strenthen/thicken the stems.
would adding a fan to the plant constantly make the mainstem thicker/stronger??

im using a big fan in my closet, i hope it will work

u gotta look at it from teh plants perspective

why wuld it want a thicker stem?

2 b stronger in wind and to hold up heavy flowers and such rite?

so u gotta put it thru stuff that make it think it needs 2 b stronger
put a fan on it, bend the plant (supercropping type stuff) and stuff


but dont forget teh plant needs stuff 2 grow strong 2
thicker not always better, stronger is

so give it silica so it can get strong AND thick
like barricade by advanced nutrients
i use it as ph up and have 2 stop partway thru a grow or it makes teh plants 2 hard 2 cut down later

Advanced Nutrients makes a product called "barricade" raises your ph a little but seemed to fix the same problem for me. Mine were falling over and were really weak. It puts a protective layer over the stem to protect from insects but builds the stem cells too!!!!!!
