hey all. my plants look TERRIBLE!! well the 2 oldest ones do at least. they are 2 weeks old and the leaves are turning yellow and curling. i think its either over watering or mg def. i just wanted some advise and imput from the community. and people with more experience than me. here it is.



pic doesnt show yellow as much as it really is. any and all help is appreciated.

oh and like the title says... is it too late to save them? should i just let my dreams of a bounitful harvest die!!!

Those should be in bigger pots..Are you adding nutes?

Bigger pots and too much water...looks like you're using cfl so it's probably nota heat issue. You're adding nutes I'd say

oh another thing... just some background info.

they are in a thingy with the hood. i dunno the name. but i had water in the bottom tray and the dirt sucked up too much which is why i think it might be over water. as you can see i poked a hole in the dirt so help dry it out and give the root some air. i also took the water out of the bottom tray and am leaving the fan on to help dry it out.

no. no nutes yet. the soil they are in is mg organic. i know i know SHITTY choice. im going to get fox farm ocean forest. hopefully the hydro store doesnt close early today.

Sounds good.. whats your ph? dont water from a tray.. always do it directly to the soil so you can control its intake.

well there not dead YET so its not to late, crush up some eggshells and sprinkle it in on the dirt wait for the soil to get dry than water and wait 3 days to water again, your plants should be fine. What kind of light(s) are you using?

whats a good size pot for a seedling this size?

Mg organic will work, I've used mg african violet soil with mg perlite my whole grow...Whats your ph? And whats your temp?

thanks for all the help and real quick responses. i can barely keep up. what will the egg shells do exactly. dry it out or add some kind of nute
