Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me if my plants are ready for harvest or how much longer I should wait ?

Mr. Toke,
Your plant looks nice but I don't think it is ready yet. Outside can be tricky but I'd wait until it fills out a little more and at least 70% of the hairs turn red. If one part of the plant matures faster than the rest, just cut that part and give the rest more time. Also if it isn't going to freeze any time soon I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry to harvest. how much time do you have befor it gets dark sooner in the day?

It gets dark around 8pm and the sun comes up at about 5:30 to 6 am .
