Default I need help. Brown spots and yellow leaves

Right now i have 4 - 23w 2700K CFL's on my plant. I know i should use 6500k but i didnt find out they were 2700k till after i hooked them up. I have 1 more of those 23w and another 10w that i gotta find a way to hook up also.

There are brown dry spots on my leaves. Also some of them are turning yellow. I have no idea what does this to plants so any help would be really appreciated. I just took pics here they are.

im just using i guess normal potting soil, it was already in the pot i put it in, and dirt from near this small creek behind my house. How do i get whatever is doing that to it out of the soil? I havent put anything in it.
