hey i noticed a few days ago than there is a pollen sac or two on about 1/3 of the larger buds on my plant. I clipped one and a small cloud of pollen fell to a leaf below. up to now it has shown nothing but female flowers. Am i close enough to harvest to not worry about this pollen? should i harvest a little early? most of these sacs are barely developed yet and have at least a few more days before opening.

if you look at my pictures those are from about a week ago. at that point there were no pollen sacs at all.

hi i never noticed any sachs maybe one pic. your plants look fine looks like a indica strain get rid of any pollen sachs that yousee and leave it till there all brown hairs and harvest. nice smoke bye

what should i do about the pollen that falls out of these when i clip them? should i just not worry about it?

Rig a tube or plastic hose (like nute pump hose) up to a vac cleaner hose with duct tape.
Then try to use the hose to suck them from the plant.
may work iduno

how close are you to harvest? if its like a week or so left then you can just put a plastic bag around it, and hold it closed with one hand, and snip the branch with the other hand, pollin will fall, but the bag will catch it

probably only a week or two away from harvest. these only started appearing about 5 days ago, and none af them seem to be mature yet. at the moment there are 15-20 on the plant. they seem to only appear on the top buds of the secondary branches.

the first time after i clipped one and pollen fell out i immediately sprayed the entire plant with water. hopefully this washed much of it away. maybe if i spray it before clipping them it will keep the pollen from getting airborne

thats what i thought when i first saw them, but i didnt know hermies appear this late into flowering. if more of these appear should i harvest early, before seeds form?

i had a friend come over and take some pics yesterday, i will post them up later tonight

I've read that seeds from hemis always 100% of the time produce female plants, so let a few buds get fertilized. It has probably already happened.
