are you suppose to mist the leaves when the plant has buds on it wont that wash away some thc on the buds

After cloning or seedlings no need to mist plants unless your into foiliage feedings.You can mist withcarbonated water to add co2 but watch you dont get droplet burns.

And no it wont wash thc off.

the carbonated water wont do as much as breathing on your plants, i beleive the buds like a light mist of water

what about rain water is it ok to let it rain on my plants?

if your plants are outside in the ground rain is something you have to deal with, so make sure not to plant them in a pit, on a slope would be best, with good coverege ofcourse.
