Default Transplanted at 2 weeks old, Did I kill one?

So yesterday I transplanted my 2 weeks old plants from 1 gallon pots to 3 gallon pots, the first plant did not transplant so well, the other 3 drooped heavily after the transplant. This morning 3 of them look much much better but the one I fucked up on isn't looking so great. Do you think I can save it? I may have ripped the roots a bit.

It has 3 26w CFL's on it and was watered before and after the transplant, you really think it needs more water?

From what I've read they say a shit load of light for a few days (like 24hr light) after you stress a plant...

its severely overwatered(red stems).
and you should wait untill the plant has properely rooted before transplanting(4/5 weeks).

The other 3 plants were all rootbound in their 1 gallon pots, I figured this on was rootbound as well.

i veg in 4" pots untill the plant is 7/8 inch tall and never have a problem.how do you know they were rootbounded.
have you grown or transplanted before sorry??.

Soil is a mixture of hyponex and an organic blend from a nursery here in town. There are NO nutes in the soil, they plants have grown extremely fast considering they are under CFL's, when I flipped the plants over to transplant the rootmass was starting to wrap around the pot as well as roots were coming out of the bottom. I am a newb, and I did fuck up just this plant out of 4, but I do know the plants needed to be in bigger pots anyway.

so no perlite or vermiculite to aid with soil drainage and to give the roots oxygen. looks like the soil might be compacting on the roots
