I need Co2 Info

Ok this is my first time to grow and I'm like 3 weeks into flowering. I've started to get some good buds with lots of hairs.

I have 3 plants, 2 indica and 1 sativa (bag seed), under 2 70watt HPS and a t12 work shop light. Temp. is 80-78 lights on and 72-68 lights off.

So I wanted to know the benefits of Co2 and how it will effect the plants?

Forget it with the lights you're using - you won't see any benefit at all - save your money.
