It will work but you will need to be careful that you don't OVERDOSE your plants and toxify your soil somewhere down the line in your grow. Such fertilizers also tend to nullify (Ok, kill) any beneficial microbes in the soil which I personally feel are a key element in making the kinda rootball you need to successfully grow this plant.

I personally think "less is more", but obviously the fertilizer companies don't share that stance. If I were to use something that *hot* I would be very reserved and watch my plants very carefully. One time of "too much" with that kinda chemical mix can fry your plants on the spot.

good luck

Heres its directions.. Anything here that you would change?

(I HAVE AN INDOOR PLANT)

BLOOMING PLANTS, TREES & SHRUBS:1 tsp per gal of water

OUTDOOR BLOOMING POTTED PLANTS: 1/2 tsp per gal of water

INDOOR BLOOMING POTTED PLANTS: 1/4 tsp per gal of water

Ok, first off id like to know whether or not this food is for the flowering stage, which my best judgement is telling me this is exactly what its for. If so am I still able to feed my plant this even tho its going through veggy stage?

Also, here is what I (plan) to do when I first feed it this solution. Ill mix 1/4 tsp into a gallon of water mix it up well and pour 1/4 a gallon of the diluted nute water into my watering bucket and pour all of that evenly around my 9" plant sitting in a 3g bucket.

Im not to sure about my plants age but I want to tell you there are 7 nodes.

Heres 2 pictures, 1 of the plant itself and 1 of the inside showing one of the nodes.
I want to believe the sex is showing, but I also wana hope the sex is completely pre-flowers.. caus they dont really look like ballsacks but look like the pistils of females without the pistils.. I dunno I thought I knew what I was looking for before it happened.. but i guess not

With this setup the plant is under 275w Flourescent & 150w Grow Bulb.

I believe, that chemical ferts even at 1/4 to 1/2 strength kill some of the microherd.

Most of the produce grown commercially is grown in a completely organic medium and fertilized with chemical ferts. Over the span of a few crops, the soil becomes so much less fertile the field has to lay unplanted for a season or more while the farmer reconditions it with compost/humus and gives it time to revitalize. It's your grow, it's your choice.

The 10-54-10 is the bloom formula. The middle number is high because it has 54% phosphorous in it. It’s the phosphorous that you want more of during flowering.
It isn’t the best fertilizer to use. The salts tend to build up and it doesn’t have all the micronutrients that you need. You can grow large plants with it, but the plants won’t tend to be as healthy or as large as they would be if you used higher quality fertilizer.
Peace

The pics are too far away to tell sex here.

vidman is correct. It's technically bloom fert..but it also has a large amount of "N"..and I'm 99.9% sure that it's Ammoniacal nitrogen vs. Nitrate nitrogen....

again...be careful with this mix because you do not have tons of light to offer the plant. In low light conditions the plant will take the nutes (especially the ammoniacal N) and make stems with em and STRETCH in a big way. There is a balance of light and fert that most folks do not take into consideration..and that is the main reason (IMO) you see a lot of very tall cannabis plants banging into the lights on this board.

Chem ferts feed the plant and kill the soil. Organics feed the soil..and in turn..nourish the plant. As vidman siad..feilds fed with chems need to be rejuvenated ....AND I will add that it is proven that it takes more chem ferts from year to year to get the same yields once the soils are depleted....
whereas feilds grown organically actually need less fertilizer as time goes along and rarely need to be taken out of rotation to be rejuvenated.

If you build a good soil you can re-use it to grow cannabis for many cycles...just as they do in the feilds.

good luck

I havent really had a stretching problem.. and I am just NOW trying a new light setup which overnight showed slight improvement as how it presents itself.

Thanks for the advice and opinions.. I appreciate it guys

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. That Phosphorous figure is WAY too high. Sure marijuana likes high Phos levels, particularly in flowering but with that high a level it'll be really easy to over-fertilse with it and cause lockout of other nutrients.

That N figure is also too high for a bloom fertiliser.

My advice is not to use it and get one with more balanced NPK values.
