Go for it. Once I found out what a pain in the ass pumps and feeder tubes were I pulled it all and did just what you're asking about. the stuff will dry up if you don't watch it but if you give her a good feeding every day you'll be fine.

BOTH Aeroponics and bubbleponics use a rez full of water. The only difference is the way the water is used. its ALL HYDROPONICS. the only difference is an airstone, or a bubbler. Hydro = Water = HYDROponics.

How much faster does rockwool dry out than the soil?? im starting some germed seeds out in wool cubes, n then im just gonna transfer teh cubes into some soil once the seeds become sprouted seedlings. I know i only need to worry about it until the roots outgrow the cubes, but how often do you need to water a wool cube as opposed to soil? every day as opposed to every 2-3 days??

This is going to sound stupid, but soil uses water too, just delivered by hand. So why isn't soil hydroponics? The only difference is the growing media, and I don't get why soil is all by itself and rockwool, coco coif, and all that other hydro stuff is all referred to as hydro, just because its not soil.

Yeah every day or maybe a couple times should do ya. Or you could try setting them in shallow water and it will wick the water up itself.

Once you put the rockwool cubes into the soil you no longer have to worry about the rockwool.

I recommend any good plant food specific to your stage, veg/flower, that DOESN"T cost 40-50 bucks a pop for the small bottle. I've looked into it extensively and the difference between Advanced Nutes and something like a Shultz product are NADA. I've grown the same strain, side by side. one with Advanced Nutes 3 Part Sloution:Mother Tea as well as Sensi Grow and Bloom, and the other with Miracle Grow. YEAH I SAID IT. The difference at 8 weeks was zero. Not a bigger yield, not a better aroma and damn sure wasn't any better weed. Give your babies a good plant food, keep your ph in line and its all good. The biggest difference in yield and quality in my experience has to do with medium. The more air the more frequent the feeding the better. Rockwool is excellent, So unless your taken by the stoner friendly product names or the pretty picture of the BIG BUD on the label don't go throwin away all that cash when it isn't necessary.

are these hydro nutes you guys are talking about organic? if they are then I have to say that this guy must be crazy. I used shultz all purpose for a while and my plants started showing Mg deficiency, and the growth was slow. When I switched to the Pure Blend Pro, I noticed a difference over night. So I'm going to stay with the good stuff thanks. I mean, for all you know the plant you were feeding with MG would have been twice the size if you would have fed it organically.

I have the General Hydroponic Trio Nutes. Are them good?
I bought for my soil automatic plant but seems it don't need it..
It's for the next year by the way...
