What does grams/m2 mean?

it means how much dried weight the plant would normally yield per square meter.

I understand that it means per meter squared but meter of what? Meter squared space of plants? Then how many? How tall when u induce flowering? Meter squared of light space? SOG?

sog -sea of green method. small plants packed together consintrating on main colas only removeing lower branches so in about one square meter about 9 plants.
