well i took the advice to initiate L.s.t. techniques and i came across a similar one to what i am using. what do you think?

what r u using to hold down the plant? but yea looks like your making good with what you got

i read to on a tutorial to use a bent hangar so i cut the pieces down and bent them. its bent to work as support and a restraint i guess.

Will you please please make a grow journal or at least update us n this because your the first person I've seen actually lst the plant AROUND the pot and am really interested in this method and how your grow comes out!
