It was suggested by midgradeindasouth that I post a shoutout here as a new member to let all you know that I have arrived at the coolest growing forum on the web. lole. anyways I am here doing probably what you are all doing, just not as good, so if you see my posts just try to give me a hand without rolling your eyes and muttering that I am a noob.

Welcome, Killer. I would take a look around and familiarize myself with the FAQ and some of the other posts. Use the "search" function too. Before I post a question, I make sure and see if it hasn't been asked before. I'd say 9 out of 10 times, it's been asked about 50 times before.

word. checking the FAQ has been helpful, but limited compared to some of the knowledge that is in the postings. downside to the postings is that it takes a little fudging to find exactly what you are looking for, if it is out there. I like the FAQ setup though, superior to other similar forums.

i am doing well, just shot over to the home deopt to pick up more CFLs as I was lacking in lumens. I am growing some seeds that I found in bags over the years. each year about this time I have planted a couple seeds to see them pop and die, but this year I went all out to make sure that I wont fail at this attempt. of 12 seeds I have 11 survivors, and with statistical chances I should have at least one female.
I am about 1 month into the program, but I think my seedlings are stunted a little due to my germination process of leaving them outside and over nights.
Other than that I think things are fine. I will definately keep yall posted in my journal...

Statistically you should have 5.5 females Maybe you'll be lucky and get even more! Good luck, keep us posted. I'm also growing cfl.
