Default If you bury the stem with dirt, will that stem grow roots?
If my seedlings are too long and I bury their stem with dirt, will the stem eventually grow roots cause its under dirt?

Burying your stem is fine. I did it to the plant I have flowering right now.

I don't know, do it and then dig it back up to see. I can check mine in 4 to 6 weeks when I harvest it.

if theres clean enough soil and a healthy enough plant, you should see little rootskis grow from the stock, but a word of advice, if your planning on transplanting, usually seedlings are too tall due to lack of light, get more light on the little guys, and bury your plant to the first set of true leaves and after a while in good conditions, roots will come...

they have a hormone that will promote root growth, be sure to cut at 45 degree angle and with a clean (new/sterolized) razor. i did that with my plant thats doing quite well now because i originally had it in soul and burned the shit out of its root system and figured i'd start fresh b/c i was putting it in a hydro setup anyway. best of luck

that seems more like cloning, total different technique.

Yes it will, i made a small mound of soil round the base of my plants stem because it was a bit loose in the soil when i transplanted, this made it a bit more sturdy, after a few days once it had anchored itself in nicely i flattened the soil back down and there were some nice fresh thick roots coming out of the main stem just above soil level. Hope this helps
