Question First Time - When Should I Harvest?

I have been growing these 4 plants for about 4 months and have been flowering for about 2 of these months. I have included pictures of all 4 plants and might post a response message right below this one with the rest of my pictures (b/c theres a 5 pic limit). I basically need to know when I should cut the buds from the plant? In addition how should I go about the harvest (such as harvesting from the top down)? Any advice would be awesome, thanks.
