Are my buds to small?

to harvest? They dont seem to be getting any bigger. I burnt the top of the plant and the tops of some of the buds are very dry. All the leaves have turned yellow and overall the plant looks pretty %^^*& If its dead will the buds just stop growing? That seems like whats happening or they're just growing really really slow.

what lights are you using and how far away are they your plant looks like its stretching

A 125w red spectrum cfl. I had it about 3-4 inches away but it dried the top of the plant up. It was that close for about 5 weeks and have just lifted the light to about 8-9 inches. The plant grew like that because it was started off outside in winter. Stretching for weak winter sun i would say. Basically just wondering if those buds a gonna get any bigger cos not alot is happening.

youre only using one flouro? you need more all around the plant if you intend to flower with them

well more light is one thing that you will need, she needs allot of light to get em buds fat and juicy!

To answer your question, yes the buds are to small. However it was due to your lighting, so just harvest them when the trichromes are ready.
