Tin Foil?

yo dont use tin foil its the worst thing to use. i use the mylar ballons. i cut them and i turn them inside out and staple them bitches tight. i recommend it over tin foil and you can get these ballons easily as tin foil.

p.s. if you cut the ballons make sure you put them up right away after cause if you leave them out they curl. they still work fine but its a hassle.

Tin foil is generally a no-no as a reflective sheet substitute because it reflects alot of heat and can create hotspots and burn plants but i think in your case you dont have enough light or heat to burn anything so i dont think it would do any harm, if you get a more powerful light/s then take it down and use mylar, diamond mylar or paint growroom walls matt white.

What are mylar ballons?

alright two more quetions how do i post pics and my plants are about 5 days old from seed and it has 4 leaves two spiked ones and 2 round and i can barly see 2 more start to form, my plant is about3 inches above the soil and they are in Styrofoam cups, when should i transplant into larger pots?

When you post youl see the manage attachments box thing under the post box, you can upload your pics from your computer from there.

You wanna transplant when the plants have rooted out the containers theyre in now, when theres roots at the bottom of it.

alright last thing haha sorry for the noob questions but how will i be able to tell they are growing out its a white cup so you cant really see

Did you not put any drainage holes in the cups?

If so wait till you have roots at the holes.

If not pot up in another week.

Get some pots for next grow.
