Default hps and cfl warm light together?

ok i would have it like this CFL on left side with 3 bulbs then hps in middle 400 Watt and another CFL 3 bulbs on right side in a 2X6 room.

cfl lower then hps good or hps is strong enough?

or should i put bulbs at the lower side of plants? in dark area..

in a room that size...the 400 should be enough... U dont need to add more light, ur just gonna be adding more heat.
