I just moved my ladies into a new and permanent grow room. I had some issues since last night with the power blowing every 4hrs or so. 24hrs later I realized my error and I had my main plug connected to the outlet with the fridge so when the freezer kicks on my shit goes awol.

I fixed it, but will there be any damages to my plants? They had 4hrs light, 4hrs darkness, about 4hrs more light, 4hrs more darkness today. I got them in the light atm.

If it was just a temporary situation I think they will be fine but they aren't permanently on 4 on-off-on-off right? I have problems with my timer too. It turns off for about 10 minutes then on again for 10 minutes and then off again until 3:00am. I have fixed that as well.
