Not sure where that all started from. I called my buddy who has a hydro shop there and he said no such law in that city.Called my tatto buddy there to who smokes but he said same thing. Missouri is a harsh state for any drug charge. I lived there for 10 miserable years before coming back home and even a joint can get you years as they live and die for the bible belt reflection and are for ass backwards.They were pushing for no amount automatic 5 year term for first offenders of marijuana so if you go good luck and state law superseded county law and federal will supercede that so in Missouri I wouldnt even try it.Not as bad as arizona or Oklahoma but pretty bad there

i dont kno but how would u get it from any doctor they are only going to give it to u if they see u actually have a problem doctors are uptight s usually

I heard that columbia is very lieneant on marijua.. its a HUUGGEEEE college town and is the main source of income.... COLLEGE = marijuana .. they are trying to please the college kids

getting caught with some weed is like getting a harsh parking ticket

In Columbia, Missouri, voters backed a pair of measures seeking to liberalize local pot laws. Approximately 70 percent of voters approved The Missouri Medical marijuana Initiative (Proposition 1), which amends the Columbia city criminal code so that “adults who obtain and use marijuana and/or marijuana paraphernalia for medical purposes pursuant to the recommendation of a physician shall not be subject to any arrest, prosecution, punishment, or sanction.”

Six out of ten Columbia voters also approved The Missouri Smart Sentencing Initiative (Proposition 2), which amends the city criminal code to de-penalize the possession of marijuana and/or paraphernalia to a fine-only offense.
