Default White hairs/stigmas, what's next...?

I've found probably about 15-20 budsites per plant I have and I see white hairs coming from them. What's the next stage in bud development? When will the buds begin to grow in and form...I'm unsure of what I should expect next...help please..

you will begin to see bud development very soon within the next two weeks what you see will at least double-triple in size some of the pistils(hairs) may begin to turn orange
