Here is some recent pictures of my plant, just want to know if its doing ok, its almost 6 weeks old but spent the first 4 weeks on kitchen windowsill in sunlight so it aint going to look like a normal 6 week old but since putting in grow room under cfl's its doing alot better, what are those small new leafs growing at base of old stems called? also picture 1 and 2 are affected by the lights when pictured and are'nt as yellow as they look

Looks a little stretched, probably due to not enough light on the window sill. How many total watts of CFL's are using now(actual watts, not equiv.)?

yup, all new nodes that have grown have been alot closer since putting in the room ive got 6X18 watts so 108 watts in all, 4 above it, and 2 lower down either side

it needs more llight nd less water ...keep the light on it for at least 14 hours if not more...water it when the soil gets dry nd starts to crack.......u might want to get grab some nutes as well ....

Good, sounds like enough light. How big is the space you're growing in? Are you doing anything for light reflection?

Ive just started a new watering shedual as advised on here water it once every 4-5 days till water runs off then leave for 20 mins until runoff in tray at bottom has soacked up into the pot then water again then leave for 4-5 days, will be starting to build it up on nutes mid week also its getting 102 watts of light 17 hours on 7 hours off ( my timer wont let me do 18/6 )

Be sure and start off light with the nutes, only quarter strength. Your plant might be over a month old, but it's still awfully small. Too much food will burn the shit out of it.

its in a room under my stairs 4' by 7' and its 7' high in the highest point as it slopes down, its all painted in vynal silk (very shiny white paint)

Should be ok, but for future reference, flat white paint is a better reflector than glossy.
