i was wondering if handling marijuana during harvest will make me test positive?i may be tested in a couple days and cant afford to fail.so if you can absorb THC thru your skin then i would need to buy some gloves.thanks
by the way i already googled this and got conflicting reports.some state that no THC doesnt absorb thu skin and some say that using marijuana as a salve instead of smoking it so im confused.

the only reason i wondered is cause thc is broken down in oils and fats and you have oils in your skin.also when handling weed the resin gets all over your hands so i just wanted to be safe.

Not through your skin, I'd wash my hands real good wouldn't want to see what would happen if some glands fell in the cup while you were shaking it off!! been there, probation sucks man..it will end soon if you can stand to play by their rules for a min.

You would have to handle tons of weed ( literally ) for thc to soak through your pores and be positive in a drug screen. Just like you would need to be in a closed chamber for second hand smoke to produce a positive effect on a drug screen.

Actually the answer is yes. If you went to do a UA and say you had just got through trimming a plant or 2 it would be possible to contaminate your collection cup. Resin is not easy to get off your hands. Even normal alcohol won't remove it. 180 proof will cut it but normal 80 proof won't cut it.
