if i overwatered my plants in a ebb and flow and the leaves are a little droopy should i run my 18/6 still or should i run 24 hours until they start to look better?

yeah i have just started then in the hydro system, i had transplanted them from soil to rockwool cubes but the roots were so long and im not sure that the 1" cubes are good enough for it. first gro
