I grew up in Northern Nevada for 13 years of my life, including graduating high school there in 2007. Obviously the marijuana movement has made leaps and bounds since then. I just recall while i was in H.S. (didn't start smoking until end of senior year, so maybe it was too late) i never once heard of any people using the necada medical system. Are there some counties that outlaw it? i would highly doubt that since counties under 200,000 Population allow Legal Prostitution (just gotta wrap it up hahaha)

Furthermore, i was always under the impression that to be a Nevada patient you had to have one of the more serious illnesses-like the type that you are going to die from. Since oregon washington and california have been handing out green cards much more liberally, is this also the case in Nevada?? I have a sleep disorder which i think qualifies me for a card in some states but not all (especially the state i live in which has NO medical prgram.) I do have a property in Nevada though and could definitely enjoy spending more time there if it meant i could not be persecuted for my believes,,

so what i am curious is to what are the current card holder regulations and qualifications? any help would be great.

god bless and stay UP!

They state has only turned down like 5 of the last 1500 applications. Not too hard, just find a doc that is a believer.
