I have been searching. I guess i should've been more clear...what i would like to get info on is if anyone has had experience obtaining a card in Reno, which doctors are more open-minded towards writing the recommendation, how easy or difficult it is to qualify, etc...Originally Posted by mike.hotel
Go to the Nv. health division website it tells you but this is what I did, I live in Carson City. Go to the Health Dept. (4150 Technology Wy Suite #104 Carson City) Request in person an application and pay $50 for it. Make an appointment with the doctor to get the physician paper signed. Get two papers from the packet notarized. Take the fingerprint card to the Sherrif's and get fingerprinted. Turn everything in with $150 and you get temporary status until you get a letter from the Health Dept. that says you are good. Then go to DMV and get your card.
...and be allowed by law to do nothing legal with it. Nowhere, not even the state that took your money and gave you the card.

You're correct. Keep your head low and don't let them catch you on the roads smelling like weed or they'll bust for DUID. Stay home and don't have contact with nobody. This is why we need to legalize for all here and get rid of the "are you sick enough to have weed" thing. I wrote my local rep to support the bill above this post but my guess is we'll have to do it with a voter amendment since these fucking hicks up here in N NV are about 50 years behind the rest of the world... er most of them are hicks.
