Desperate to help my husband!

Hello everyone, I am hoping that someone may be able to help me. My husband has his MMJ license in CO, but we recently moved to Reno, NV and cannot seem to find any help regarding getting his license transfered. He is very sick and getting worse. I know that in Reno there are no dispensaries, but I cannot find a caregiver in the area, and all his previous attempts at growing have been disasterous. Would someone be kind enough to help me? If I can't find some help with getting his license transfered and a caregiver, my husband will have to go back to CO, and unfortunately, I would have to stay here with our small children alone because we can't afford to all move back. So, if you are a licensed caregiver in the reno/carson city area, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you! Any info would be appreciated as well. The internet seems to give all the same info, but it all amounts to a hill of beans without someone to explain it (I am not an MMJ patient, and it's all greek to me).
