Default How to get 99 plants going legally in NV...

Hi I read in another thread talk about getting a doctor's waiver saying you are allowed to grow 99 plants --- I'd like some help on doing this.

(Unfortunately) I just sent in paperwork for regular (7 plant cap) card to Health Department. Once I get my card, would I be able to re-visit my doctor and get him to write me a note, and then I just forward that note over to the state saying I can grow 99? Fax work?

Should I go to the same doctor or would I be better off going to one I know that has a history of prescribing 99 plant waivers?

Sorry bro that's not how it works u can c a doctor and get a 99 plant waiver but that's just for u n your doctors eyes u don't tell the state or n e 1 else for that matter if u get caught growing more then 7 u will b arrested but u will b able to claim an "affirmative defense" by medical necessity in court by using that waiver your doc gives u. He may also need to appear in court. there's no guarantee thT u will get the charges dismissed but it gives u a defense. It will b up to the jury to decide if u medically need more then 7 plants but one good thing is no 1 there besides u n your doc can determine your level of pain and how much plants/meds u need the judge and jury r not doctors so they really have no say how much pain your in. if u can prove by a preponderance (more then likely) of evidence that the extra amount is needed your charges should b dropped. I would think your doc saying u need more should b all the evidence they need. Good luck b safe n smart!
Also u can google nrs453.a affirmative defense for the exact law an all the info u need about affirmative defenses
