so on my way to find a cure for insomnia.... (well i already have the cure, im just not legally aloud.... yet)

combined with smoking i was disoriented, hallucinating, off balance, barely able to walk

ive heard of people staying up and tripping off of ambien. id like to see what its like once, but unless you really need it to sleep, i wouldnt take it regularly

I wouldnt touch that shit with a ten foot pole. Besides the fact that it was made by Monsanto it completely goes against the laws of nature. I strongly recommend everyone to do a little research on how these pharmies are produced before they ingest them.

Im sorry to hear that. have you tried using Valerian root to help with the insomnia? How about doing yoga before you go to bed, might help you relax a bit more and calm the senses.

first of all, i dont even like taking pills

i know that i dont know whats in what im taking

but when it comes down to it.... when 2 full days have gone by and i still cant fall asleep, im taking that fucking pill

I hear ya on that man, must be tuff living with that level on insomnia. man i thought i had it bad, i generally only sleep about 3 or 4 hours a night. I have found that eating healthy, using green body products, exercising regularly and doing yoga has allowed me to get at least a few hours of sleep.

my dr. has prescribed me ambien in the past. hes not my dr. anymore. haha

I also have had great success with focusing on my breathing while I am trying to fall asleep.

regardless of whether or not it actually makes me sleep im still going to use this to get my card
