when you say etal, what genre do you mean, or do all sub-genres apply? I use dto listen to some norwegian death-metal.. children of bodom are pretty good... dimmu Borgir.. when I was a kid I listened to alot of Danzig.. and Marylin Manson.. I still like Danzig.. only in small doses though.. you have to really like his music though.. with me there's no inbetween.. love his voice..

Iron Maiden are the shit,... but then I found opera-metal... Therion and nightwish changed my life..lol.. now i'm into that whiole scene.. though most bands are lacking something.. Therion and Nightwish with Tarja are as good as it gets in that genre from what i've found..

Pantera is always at the top of my list.. and of course old Slipknot.,. before Stonesour... (speaking of which, cory has a solo album comming out.. this should be pretty gay).. but I always thouight mudvayne were a much better band.. back before Lost and Found the potentieal they yhad as a metal band with the off-beat drum style of Matt and the crazy shit Ryan done on Bass.. and the way chad used his vocals and could switch from hard to soft melodey was special.. but then came lost and found and then hellyeah formed and for the people came out, followed by the newest effort new game, and it just really isn't that good to me.. I havent heard but a few songs.. but I really don;t think we'll be hearing negative one, skrying, (per)version of a truth, or shadow of a man or anything like it on this album.. or the next one..
