Default Montana Senate Resuscitates Medical Marijuana Repeal Bill 29-21

It looks like Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer may be all that stands between 28,000 patients returning to criminal status and protecting them from arrest. Call the governor and prevent the first ever marijuana reform state loss in forty years of drug war.

I think they're gonna trade us for money to the repubs and then they're gonna sweep all of us up.

Ya this is the main reason I never got on "the list" as a med provider or consumer.....Because I think it will be just that if they repeal.......A list of easy cannabis busts

The Governor has pretty much promised to VETO any repeal . . . but he is, after all, a politician and thus, who knows what'll happen. Win, lose or draw, THEY ain't never been the boss of me (since first toke in 66') and THEY never will be.

There are no stupid questions . . . some are just easier to answer.

I think either way, unfortunately we are going to see the list of patients drop substantially. Even though he does not want to repeal it, he is for regulating it which is still going to bog the industry down.
