I'm absolutely fucking sick over this. I've never had the feelings that are currently circulating through my body. probably similar to the feelings felt by men sometime around 1775.

any insight folks? anyone got friends working on this? anyone in touch with abel or komorn?

id like to give credit to ole Dr. bob for bringing this to my attention.

I've literally been in a zone all day, just on point as could be. I've been studying and writing and thinking and working. just going a million miles an hour. i suddenly feel like i cant move. the air I'm breathing in doesn't taste right any more. theres a tension in my body that won't let me go. I'm so angry i cant even speak.

I cannot help but think of William Reddie, his 3yr old son and the CPS/LEO relationship that ended and changed their lives respectively back in March 2012 without any accountability or transparency of our "Justice System".

Whats the plan?
Start a PAC to raise money to effectively remove any elected official who refuses to recognize the clear will of the people.
Check done that.
Welcome to my world. CPS is the states gestopo

Haven't heard from big G. Last I had heard the Missus had a good spell..not much

Reading over this briefly a couple things come to mind. First off what bullshit. I'm not an attorney, but some of the verbiage seems off or technically askew.
**** (17) IF IN A PROCEEDING UNDER THIS SECTION A COURT FINDS THAT
*
A PARENT, GUARDIAN, CUSTODIAN, OR NONPARENT ADULT HAS MEDICATION
*
PRESCRIBED BY A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN UNDER THE MICHIGAN MEDICAL
*First off when is anything prescribed? "Medication" seems like a pretty blanket term, is it even used in the original act?
Secondly, the continued outrage subsets a. b. c. d. and e. are all over reaching. When ever are people forced to have a "second opinion" to make sure they're using the best treatment. My heart goes out to all the parents out there.
MARIHUANA ACT, 2008 IL 1, MCL 333.26421 TO 333.26430, AND THAT THE

good to hear about G's wife. I'm sure he's filled in on this at least. id like to hear what komorn and abel have to say about this.

How does your local prosecutor handle mmj?
Like Bill Shuette orders? Or we voted?
How many votes did they win by in the last election?
6-10 votes? Maybe 20?
Can 'we' support some other cannadate?
Get out and talk
Repeat for judges.
Add in jury nullification

Same for the judges.

I'm meeting with Matt next week, I'll ask what their take is. Thanks for posting this!

EDIT: After reading this proposed bill, I'm not surprised in the least. The opposition is ever working on the fight and it will never end. Good thing is they're running out of things to fight for because I'm sure this will get hammered when it goes to vote as long as enough people stand up.....The fight continues!

This makes me sick. Wtf is this guy's problem? I doubt this will pass but if it does I will have to move to another mmj state. With all the problems in our state they are wasting time with this bs.

someone brought up a great point about this to me..... what bill is SB 736 camouflage for? well all get up in arms and shoot down SB736 so 660 and 4271 get through no problem and we are happy about it? idk it just seems so extreme that it doesn't make sense to expect it to go through, so then why even turn it in? to make something else not looks as bad, maybe?

I don't know that SB 736 is camouflage for another MMJ bill, but rather just another jobs bill for our "Justice Industry". Take a trip down to your local "Family Court" and count the number of lawyers and bureaucrats brokering these children and their futures for cash. As you listen to the results, imagine the costs associated and the reality of the outcomes. The worst part of this game is not just the control and profit we find in any other court of law, but the indoctrination of a population they assume will be lifelong frequent flyers for generations to come :(

With alcohol it was the 18th Amendment that established alcohol prohibition and the organized crime we know today. The 21st Amendment repealed the prohibition atrocity of the 18th, but criminal and political organization in this country would never be the same. Without the 18th, we cannot have the 21st Amendment. The atrocity of the "Drug War" was designed immediately following and specifically without an Amendment to endure the perpetuation of these criminals for generations. Hence the lawfare we know today of simple unaccountable bureaucratic classification (Schedule I Narcotic) and regulation through the use of extreme criminal code and precedents. IMO the former needs to change based simply on integrity as it relates to the classifications clearly stated definition, coupled with criminal code aimed at the actors of the unjust and extreme methods and eradication efforts of our "Justice System" as they just keep on keeping on.

So nobody us doing anything about it? I guess caregivers don't have to worry about this, just sick patients.

Funny how times change. I remember this small town sherrif that was making a rukus in thus town and giving people's kids a hard time.. A group of fed up citizens took that sherrif and worked his ass over, he straightened the fuck up.

Some of these politicians need to be tar and feathered.
