    Default caregiver laws

    Hi I was thinking of gettin a couple of people to send paper work in and make me there care giver then this dude told me you can't be a patient and a caregiver. Right now I grow for my self and wanted to expand a little more, but now I don't know what to do. I always thought as long as they make you there caregiver you can grow 12 more plants. Thanks in advance.

    You can be both, a patient and a caregiver.

    You can grow 12 plants for yourself being that you are a patient and an additional 12 plants for every patient you have, up to a max of 5 patients and 72 plants.
