Can we breed and sell seeds in michigan?

I am doing it as we type ~ homelessbeans is a seed company. For free not for fee

As long as your plant count is legal, weights etc. seeds are not considered usable material. I doubt Leo would remove the seeds before weighting your stash.

Last I read having a seeds is equal to a fully flowered plant under fed law.... But, that could be dated by now

I was wondering because even people in cali sell their beans through attitude subcool doesn't sell to the public unless you buy from a collective. Im not interested in free beans I have a ton. I dont mean any disrespect to you homeless im sure your seeds are good. I was just thinking about coming up with my own genetic line.

it says in your patient paperwork that seeds and stalks dont count against you,but im sure if you have seed weight in your bud that would still be weighed in a search.
