Watch it again at the end - she is hamstrung by her position in the DEA - she cannot think or answer for herself - the DEA Charter from Congress Orders the DEA to hinder ANY education, medical use, or encouragement of the use of marijuana for ANY purpose.

When she refers to Congress she is tipping her hand out of frustration or fear or both I would guess.

The only way to get the Feds off MM and weed in general is to have Congress and the President order a change to the DEA's charter as a federal agency.
It is illegal for her to answer his question in a manner that violates the charter.

And the NATO charter too, thx Anslinger. I put this up the the politics thread yesterday and it was shrugged at, glad you guys appreciate it.

What a dirty, rotten, terrible thing to say about someone, but that is 100% what comes to mind when watching this video.

Up with Chris Hayes did 15 or 20 minutes on this this morning on MSNBC.
It was a good listen and they made a lot of good points illustrating the trend towards leagalization.
