Grow space for caregiver?
I was thinking about becoming a caregiver, I have a few friends that are sick, My question is, how much room do i Need??? I found a place for sale, 3 bedroom 10x11, 7x10 ,12x13' rooms
so i need one room to sleep in, so i can use the 7x9 to veg and the 12x13 to flower, or i could tear the wall down inbetween the two smaller rooms, 17' x 10 and do it all in the one room.
it is a trailer with neagbors on both side., or should i keep looking?
What is the best kinda building to do this in? the people i know use alot of weed so i would have to have a prepetual grow going on.
Or should i find a place with a garage? how much room do you think i need for 36-48 plants,

I plan on doing this for a few years so i want to do it right. BASEMENT sounds like the way. except I can't do stairs, right now i live on the second story and have a decent set up, but I have troble getting up the stairs anymore.
start somewhere while u envision an ideal set up. once you start you'll never stop.

the first question re a trailer is: what exact shape is the electric in? Are u prepared to place a new 100 amp service panel in if needed? How are you going to cool your garden?
I've found that cracked foundations are not a problem, at least for a "rental" grow. It seems like more air circulation tend to be beneficial. So, during the winter, your idea of the trailer may be good. Next question: where is the electric meter? Do u really believe that you can stay secure in a trailer park, or are this home elsewhere?
Last Question: what bud is in your avatar? Looks like some blueberry flavo.. lol
Good point abe, neighbors may become suspicious when snow stays melted around your skirting. (trailer will removable roof on grow room would be red-neck as fuck, but that would be the coolest trailer in the park) --- shout out to the estates, in Sands!! Woot Woot!
