So..I was in court today

Holy fuck bob, if you sat in any court I have, then you should be more worried about the raper and other "fucked up people". The judge sees that shit day after day and most are not worried about a dude with 4 whole ounces. If this guy is only carrying 4 ounces than he is trying to sell three so he can smoke one for his pain relief cuz the guy more than likely doesn't have blue cross.
I take it you didn't go spring that guy. First of 1.3 is warming up. You just heard first hand they are MENTIONING bed space and repeat rapist. I would love to get a list of the inmates and their charges and the remaining pending charges in your area and see how YOU would rank which fish to keep and which you would throw back. How many "bad caregivers" would you make us taxpayers care for? They say it's cheaper to take a young offender and put him through college than prison.

The point was that there was only 1 weed case in the 30 or so I saw. He had no med card, no Dr recommendation...he got pulled over for Dui....I wouldn't call him being picked on..I'd call him..less than smart.
I was expecting a far greater number of weed charges, given Timmahh and Ozz's testimony about the cops spending all thier time busting innocents.

That's the point I was making....

As far as how I would rank them? The weed cases would be pretty low on the list. But in this instance...he got pulled over for being drunk..blew 1.3, the weed is secondary. AND he had no Dr rec or card. also note that the judge asked if he had a defense for the cannabis...what's unfair about that? So the guy was thinking "gotta transport some weed. Better drink first"..yea goood logic.

The rapist should and will most likely get life. I brought him up for the humor in him asking for a PR bond "to free up bed space"

Did the just also ask, per the MSC, if he had a Drs recommendation per chance? if not he should have...

and even if he dont, big fucking deal. its cannabis. not kiddie porn.
