Thanks, until I sell my house I'm mostly looking for a good deal on a land contract. My wife wants out of here bad and I really want to get somewhere I can start producing my own food. All this horticultural know how and I'm still shopping (makes me feel dumb). Although I borrowed some land from a friend and have a huge garden this year, at least huge for me.

Land contracts are pretty common up here, but realtors don't make their cash off land contract so most won't tell you. Here is a company up toward marquette that handles land contracts. The dude is decent, if you are running a grow room on a land contract he will want to see it and check it out every few months. Not to check compliance issues but to make sure the house isn't all fucked up and remodeled gorilla style! lol.
