Why even vote on it, if LEO can run your plates "today" and know if you are a card holder? What good is 4834 to the police if they can do what they want already?

I guess someone can spread a rumor without any proof, and everyone believes it.

got mine yesterday, hard card, no temp paper..
mailed in March 21, check cashed (securing a contract was made) on March 27, card arived April 3. 43 days from mailing, 37 days from check cashed. Mine is a Renewal. Have a Pt still waiting (paperwork, check all done same time, and check also cashed March 27), and still waiting for their card and the CG card for them.

I was hoping I wouldn't have temp paper.
