Also, We had to photo copy our drivers licenses and attatch and date. Simple procedure.

Now I have the paperwork posted in the grow room.

Now Im Legal.. so they say.

For those in Cali, it's pretty simple and streamlined... He's asking about Michigan.

Honestly, I don't know. But my first guess would be a stop at the Secretary of State's web site and see what you can find about a being a caregiver. Hell, ask your buddy what he did to get his card, and I'm sure it's a simular procress that would involve you both for you to be his caregiver. Man... honestly I don't even know if MI does the whole "caregiver" thing that we do in Cali.

if he already sent in his paperwork he will need to fill out a change form and you will have to fill out a caregiver's attestation. If he hasn't sent it in yet he can fill your name in the "who is allowed to possess plants" box, and send in that, along with a copy of both of your drivers licenses, and the caregivers attestation. it will cost him 10.00 to do a change form if he already sent in his papers.you can grow for him 20 days after they cash the check. make copies of everything and keep them in the grow room

so u say 20 days after money order is cashed ....do i need to put copies of his doctors papers aswell in the garden or jus the papers i just sent in
