First grow- Yellow older leaves / rust spots

Definitely overwatered which is causing other problems. You can tell the way the leaves droop it's not a limp droop it's more of an arched droop

    Drying Buds Grassy Smell

I think you pulled it too early. If you let it ripen on the plant it smells and tastes much better then if you chop it too early. Just think of peaches or tomatoes that are harvested too early and set on the grocery store shelf to ripen. They will never taste or smell the same way as something...

    Dropping leaves

She is overwatered. You are watering too often. Let it dry out in between waterings. Lift the bucket if it is even a little bit heavy don't water it wait till that bucket is light

Recommended affordable nute for my 2 plants....

Just about any water soluble plant food will work. Dyna Gro Foliage Pro is decently priced. I've used from beginning to end with great results. Now I am using Jack's Classic from beginning to end with even better results. I find that I get too many lockouts and deficiencies when I use Bloom...

    First time grow please advise

Feed your plants low and slow so start them off lightly. Maybe about a quarter dose. See how they respond. Go from there. But make sure to water in between feedings unless you are feeding extremely light. The stuff you wanted use is fine just don't overdo it. It's easier for a plant to recover...
