I dont use a lot of nutes really and use them every other watering. i have the fox farm trio nutrients and use half strength that the chart tells me to. maybe they are not taking in enough nutrients

These plants are about 3 weeks into flowering, i defoliated them right before the switch to 12/12. they got pretty bushy again, is it time to defoliate again or should i just let them grow?
