    Help!!! Possible Hermies

If you do see Hermies on week 6 of budding then that is usually normal for me. I almost always get at least some Hermes when it gets close to harvest time.

i know what you mean... the more you grow, the more knowledge you gain and experience... i've been growing for several years but most of us are all still learning and experimenting, even with years and years of experience. Personally i switched from dirt to hydro a couple years ago. Still...

The water temp is cold for my set up but my plants are loving it because of the nutrients and the micronutrients and I pH balanced it.... also no issues at all so far

my plants are in a poorly insulated closet so it gets pretty cold in there, but it works out sometimes when I get heat problems from my lights, my plants were in the seedling stage not long ago but the past week they exploded in growth once the roots hit the water. Then I made sure the temp is...

That is very interesting, I will try that and also do some research on that, but I have my metal halide sitting right in front of me and I think I am about to try it, thanks a lot for the help man. You really seem like you know what you're doing, appreciate it

that sounds awesome, getting more of a spectrum too that's great.... I might change my setup someday but right now I have 2 68w cfl's or 400w metal halide to choose from for vegging and 400w hps for flowering is the only light that produced enough lumens for my plants

I have never used the T5 setup I have only used the spiral CFLs which are not that great compared to T5, much better coverage with the T5 setup. And you are right, you could give the HPS a run for its money with your T5 setup

True, I used to only use CFL lights until I got my HPS system, much better results with the HPS 400 watt, at least during the flowering stage

With my ventilation I pull my air through using a Cool Tube 400 watt HPS light

That is exactly what I do, after vegging my plants and using CFLs to do so, I turn on my 400 watt HPS and that takes over from there during the rest of the flowering stage
