i do the same as that 1 guy.put hand on top of plant if the light dosnt burn your hand it wont burn the plant:)

were growin in a 1m by1m by2m budbox 600 watt hps rvk100 carbon filter 10 inch fan 4 circulation growin in canna coco 7.5 litre pots using canna coco a and b for neuts temp is 25% and humidity can rise up 2 70% ere is a pic but it was just flicked on the 12hr cycle i will up date soon as it grows
